Metropolitan Flight offers flight training in the Washington, DC, area and beyond using well-equipped, contemporary aircraft. We offer a Cessna 172RG, at Potomac Airfield, in Potomad, MD, as well as Piper PA-28s through the Octopus Flying Club at Montgomert Airpark in Gaithersburg, MD. There is a special emphasis upon IFR and VFR operations in high density airspace. Instruction is $40/hour, and is included in the $120 rate for the 172RG.
